The Magnete mission statement was updated in 2022, and is proudly displayed in our office. We aim to be the best and most trusted organisation for in-depended FOG Control advice. These are our core values:

We expect our experts to be accurate at all times, but we are only human, and sometimes mistakes are made. If someone does contact us to query or challenge a fact we have published, we will take detailed notes . Rather than engaging in a discussion we will make a note of their details and the time of the call, and refer it to the Director.
